After a week at Mt Macedon studying exercise management back in 2006 (the longest I've ever been away from Finn) I came back to a small domestic drama. My head was still in the exercise management space and I sat down and wrote the story up as an after action review. When I found the AAR recently I knew it was time to put the story into a layout.
