Day 1- ... and away we go

A smooth trip on SpOT 1. A lovely morning in Port Melbourne. Mum and Dad waited for us (we were the very last ones off the boat) and filled us up with porridge and weetbix, then led us out of Melbourne. A gorgeous autumn day on the Great Ocean Road. We easily found the way to our Apollo Bay digs, the very comfortable "Speculant". Already lots of places we want to check out in more detail "next time".

Time is going quickly

A long way behind on scrapping my weekly pages for Project 365, but hey I've got a picture for every day (with only minor cheating). Can't see me catching up in the next 11 days and then we'll be on the road and I expect to have soooooo many perfect photos I won't know which way to turn - can't wait.

Lots of details and loose ends to tie up before we go - it will be great to just be on the road.
